You can't much simpler or easier than this. The Euonomous "Emerald Gaiety" takes on this striking pink hue in the winter time, while the English ivy deepens with blue tinge and I think those are Abies balsamea 'Jamy' from Iseli Nurseries dwarf conifer collection.
