The Growing Zone - Day 13


The side porch at the Westhaven Resident's Club is one of my favorite spots to try out new plants. This winter I didn't get too adventuresome - my new for this area was a standard form (topiary) Loropetalum in the wall-side containers. I'll be interested to see how they handle a zone 6 winter as a standard form (they are zoned to zone 7).

    I'll be curious to find our how the Loro's due in a container in that zone..hmmm
