
Today I was walking into the Resident's Club at
Westhaven and had to snap a picture of this a
wesome Rainbow Drooping Fetterbush (Leucothoe fontanesiana 'Rainbow'). This part sun groundcover shrub likes a moist ground and some room to spread out. I love using it in containers - here with Cryptomeria 
but love it with red twig dogwood also.

It is a fabulous looking groundcover, and it makes a fantastic pairing with the red twig Dogwood.
No beautiful containers like that in my neighborhood. Alas.
There is beauty in every season if we just take the time to look!
